When a merchant installs the App, we access limited store data through the Shopify API, including:

Important:
We do not intentionally access, collect, or store personal customer information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.

The App uses the following Shopify scopes:

  • read_products

  • write_products

  • read_orders

  • write_orders

Order data is used strictly for attribution reporting, including tracking clicks, conversions, and associated revenue values.

b) Usage and Analytics Data

To operate core features and improve performance, the App collects limited usage events such as:

  • Sticky bar views

  • Click events

  • Add-to-cart actions

  • Orders marked as paid (for attribution metrics)

This data is used solely for internal analytics and performance monitoring.

We do not collect personal customer identities through these events.

c) Automatically Collected Technical Information

Basic technical information may be logged automatically, including:

Boulder Digital Media LLC is a United States-based company. Information may be processed on servers located outside the merchant’s country. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are applied to protect data during international transfers.

9. GDPR & International Privacy Rights

Where applicable under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar privacy laws:

  • We act as a data processor for merchants using Shopify.

  • We process only the data necessary to provide App functionality.

  • Merchants or data subjects may request access, correction, or deletion of data by contacting us using the details below.

Because the App does not intentionally collect identifiable customer data, requests will generally relate to store-level technical information only.

10. Third-Party Platforms

The App integrates with Shopify. Shopify’s handling of data is governed by Shopify’s own privacy policies and terms.
